Warehouse and Project Coordinator (part-time)

Wage: $20-30/hour – Depending on Experience
We are currently hiring a Warehouse and Project Coordinator. Preferred candidates should have experience with warehouse organization, inventory management, or the construction/home improvement industry. We will do on-site job training.
The Warehouse and Project Coordinator will oversee daily warehouse operations while supporting our production team with material coordination for active projects. This role involves organizing and maintaining the warehouse, tracking material and equipment inventory, coordinating deliveries and pickups, and ensuring crews have the materials they need to keep jobs on schedule.
Candidate must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a full-size truck or cargo van. Our ideal candidate must be punctual, well organized, and dependable in order to keep the warehouse running smoothly and crews stocked and on schedule. Candidate must adhere to proper safety techniques, demonstrate self-leadership and accountability, be able to work un-supervised, and have positive co-worker relationships.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize the warehouse
- Put material away when it arrives
- Pull material for scheduled jobs
- Monitor material stock levels and reorder as needed
- Fix and maintain equipment when in need of repair
- Complete a yearly inventory of equipment and warehouse
- Take vehicles in for scheduled maintenance
- Run material to jobsites when needed
- Pick up material from local distributors
- Unload semis when material comes in
- Work with the Production Manager to coordinate material needs for upcoming projects
Required Experience
- Previous warehouse, inventory, or construction industry experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license in WI
- Background Check, contingent upon employment
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Comfortable operating a forklift and/or pallet jack (training provided)
- Must be able to read job instructions and accurately record materials on work orders
- Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment repair and maintenance
- Ability to lift up to 70lbs
- Able to work independently and or with a crew
- Comfortable working both indoors in the warehouse and outdoors year-round
- Responsible for keeping a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
